Good evening everyone!

The COUp & FTAGN Holiday Party will be tomorrow, December 8th, at 7:30PM in New West 219! Please come and take a break during exams! There will be food, games and nerds! It would be extremely helpful if each person was able to bring something to the party. I’ve created a spreadsheet in order to make sure we don’t have duplicates. The items that are needed most are highlighted in red on the spreadsheet. You may have noticed a new tab in the navigation bar called “Old COUp Materials”. These are various pictures and other files that I found on the old COUp website. This also includes files from the musicals that COUp has performed at Animazement in the past!

Hello everyone!

The votes have been tallied & the schedule is now complete! We will be watching regular episodes of Kyousougiga, Cells at Work, & Michiko to Hatchin. Meetings will start this Tuesday, September 11th in Hamilton 100! We will also go out to COUp dinner at 5:15 at the bottom of Lenoir. We will meet at the tables across from the Subway in the bottom of Lenoir and then head to Buns for dinner. We usually hold at poll in the morning to decide where to go, but the restaurants will be decided on in advance so newcomers can get a feel for how COUp dinner works. The entire schedule can be found on the schedules tab at the top of the page!

We will be going to see My Hero Academia: Two Heroes at the AMC Southpoint 17 on Saturday, September 29^th at 7:30pm. Please fill out the form found here, https://goo.gl/forms/U4iX1mdc9II4Hkc42, if you would like to see the movie. You can also select if you would like to go out to eat before or after the movie. The form will close after the meeting on September 25^th.

If you have any suggestions for events, convention trips, or anything at all, you can send them using this form, https://goo.gl/forms/81fZpNJIWlnh9q223. Either me or Rachel will get back to you. This is an anonymous way to send suggestions, and no one else other than me or Rachel will see them.

Meetings will start on Tuesday, September 11^th at 7pm. I will send the date this Thursday after I am able to reserve rooms.

If you would like to be added to the regular COUp listserv, you can contact me or Rachel, rachelju@email.unc.edu. This listserv will become inactive starting in October, so if you still want to be updated you’ll have to be added to the regular listserv. The regular listserv, our Facebook group, The COUp Table, & this website are the best ways to stay in touch with the club. Heel Life will not be regularly updated, but you can still request to be added to the roster officially.

Hello everyone!

I hope everyone’s summer has been enjoyable. Although Summer is almost over, a brand new year of COUp is fast approaching!

COUp will be at Table 47 for Fall Fest this year! It will take place from 8:15pm-11:30pm on Sunday, August 19^th at Hooker Fields. We will need people to help distribute flyers at the table and carry the banners around the field. Please email me, tamaralr@live.unc.edu, or Rachel, rachelju@email.unc.edu, if you are an upperclassmen and would like to volunteer. Even if you can only stay for part of the event, any help would be greatly appreciated! We are looking forward to meeting any new students this year!

The General Interest meeting will be on Sunday, September 2^nd from 1pm-4:30pm in Union Room 3411. We will be showing Spirited Away after introducing the club to our new members.

The Ballot Meeting will take place on Sunday, September 9^th from 1pm-5pm in Union Room 3408. You can send suggestions for shows and movies/OVAs to me or Rachel. The cutoff date for suggestions will be September 4^th. Regular Meetings will begin on Tuesday, September 11^th. I will announce the location as soon as I am able to reserve classrooms.
