Don’t forget that the Annual Spring Picnic is going to be this Sunday, April 13th in the courtyard area between Saunders and Murphey. Bring food, bring drink, and if you plan on playing a game called ‘Wink’ (which you should because it’s fun) bring some clothes you wouldn’t mind getting scuffed up!

COUp’s annual Redline Is Love Valentine’s Party will be occurring Sunday 2/16 at 2PM in Union Room 3408. We will be watching the film Redline. Bring red-themed food and drinks as well as plates, cups, napkins, utensils, etc. Please bring any food in a box, tupperware, or other type of packaging – it’s crucial we keep the room clean. If you want to email the listserv with what you will be contributing so we can coordinate who’s bringing what, feel free to do that as well. I don’t update this page enough~~. So yea, there’s a slew of updates for the end of the semester…

1) Last night’s schedule was a bit different and we watched two episodes of Attack on Titan and Dangan Ronpa, so be sure to catch up when you come to the next meeting. Speaking of which, the next meeting is December 3rd due to the Thanksgiving break.

2) The COUp Christmas Party will be Sunday December 8th in a TBD location. It will be potluck style, and should provide a nice rest from studying for students.

3) T-shirt news! If you’re on the COUp listserv, go check out the T-Shirt email that was just sent out because there’s a more detailed write up of what’s going on there. Basically you can check out the design concepts HERE, and vote on which elements you do and don’t like HERE (be sure to read the instructions on the poll. Shirts will be around $8 and they’ll hopefully be in before people start leaving for winter break, but there’s a chance that might not happen.

4) Halloween pictures are up over on the EVENTS page. Go check them out to see who people dressed up as at our Halloween meeting!

Other than that, good luck goes out to people getting prepared for their final exams!

Like you just read, the Fall 2013 schedule is now up on the site. Our three ongoings shows are Attack on Titan, Dangan Ronpa, and Free!!. Don’t forget that the first meeting of the semester is this Tuesday the 10th, starting at 7:00pm in Hamilton 100. Be there or…don’t be. But seriously, you should be there.

I am pleased to announce that we will be having our COUp meetings in Hamilton 100 this semester! For those of you who haven’t been around long enough to know the joys of Hamilton 100, it’s a super nice room with big screens, good seating, and lots of space. So that’ll be pretty awesome. Our first meeting will be next Tuesday, the 10th, from 7-10pm.

And don’t forget about our Planning Meeting, this Sunday at 1:30pm in Union Room 3408. We’ll be taking your suggestions for shows until Thursday, so if you have any last minute suggestions, send away! (tlyoung@live.unc.edu)
